Immigrant tuition bill back for another session

Sen. Dwight Bullard, D-Miami and Rep. Victor Torres Jr., D-Orlando, are renewing a push to grant undocumented students in-state tuition rates at state universities. Past efforts, including last session and dating back nearly a decade, have failed.
