Florida's growth rate has dropped sharply during Great Recession

The Great Recession and the burst of the housing bubble has caused a tremendous change in Florida the last few years.

A new University of Florida study breaking down the growth of Florida over the last decade shows that the state's growth rate was soaring to new heights during the first few years of the 21st Century only to plunge to near record lows by 2010.
