Simpson wants to meet with Hays on conflicting bills to address water utility complaints

Sen. Wilton Simpson said Tuesday he wants to work with Sen. Alan Hays to come to an agreement on their separate bills dealing with complaints about private water utilities.

That could lead to a resolution of different approaches on the matter being taken in the House and Senate.
