Gov. Scott releases $74.2 billion budget plan for next fiscal year

Gov. Rick Scott unveiled a $74.2 billion budget plan for the 2014-2015 fiscal year Wednesday during the annual Associated Press Florida Legislative Planning Session press conference at the Capitol.

If enacted by the Legislature, the spending plan would be nearly level with the $74.24 billion current year budget.
