PANAMA CITY -- As Secretary of State Ken Detzner began his "Project Integrity" tour Thursday to familiarize county elections supervisor with state plans to purge voting rolls of ineligible voters, the chairwomen of the state and national Democratic Parties accused Gov. Rick Scott of running a politically motivated attempt at "suppressing" participation by black and Hispanic residents, who generally don't support Republicans.
