Sen. Jack Latvala, R-Clearwater, said Monday he wants to make changes to legislation passed this year to outlaw Internet sweepstakes cafes, the storefronts offering slotlike video games.
He said restaurants offering parlor games such as Chuck E. Cheese's and Dave & Busters are being sued in wake of the new law, and “claw” machines ithat have patrons attempt to grab stuffed animals or other toys are being shut down.
