Researchers find ACA produces no significant increase for premiums

An important milestone for the Affordable Care Act comes next month when consumers will be able to go online and sign up for health insurance. While it is unclear how much consumers will pay once coverage starts in January, the Kaiser Family Foundation attempted to determine whether the ACA will produce a sticker shock -- an increase in premium rates.
