Rep. Combee files bill protecting 'warning shots' from prosecution

A bill filed this week by Rep. Neil Combee, R-Polk City, would protect those who fire “warning shots” in self-defense from prosecution. It would also protect someone from prosecution who kills a person engaged in a "forcible felony."
