The House Energy & Utilities Subcommittee chairman said Wednesday he expects a comprehensive energy committee bill that covers issues including nuclear cost recovery.
The Legislature in 2006 passed a law that allows utilities to seek Public Service Commission approval to charge their customers for nuclear plants regardless of whether they are built.
