Florida’s unemployment rate fell 0.4 percent in November for a rate of 8.1 percent, according to data released Friday by the Department of Economic Opportunity. The jobless rate is the lowest since November 2008, when Florida’s rate was 7.8 percent and the national economy was entering into a recession.
