On the eve of a hotly contested retention vote for three Florida Supreme Court justices, a conservative legal organization asked the high court Monday to bar the state from certifying results of the race -- claiming Justices R. Fred Lewis, Barbara Pariente and Peggy Quince never legally qualified to seek new six-year terms on the bench.
