Since 2010, the state agency that is the main portal for unemployment benefits claims has worked on overhauling the former Agency for Workforce Innovation's website, on creating a content management system to manage jobless claims, and to incorporate the newly formed Department of Economic Opportunity with two former agencies. The cost is close to $750,000 so far.
