A 15-member committee addressing assisted living facility regulations will issue a report recommending new regulations on Aug.15. The panel consisting of bureaucrats and industry representatives met for the sixth time Tuesday in Tallahassee as part of a negotiated rulemaking process. It was formed after efforts to strengthen regulations failed during the 2012 Legislative session.
