Florida's legislative lobbyists likely saw their combined income reach what may be an all-time high during the first three months of this year, buoyed by an early session and new spending by gaming and transportation interests.
Lobbying firms reported earning a minimum of $22.45 million in compensation during the reporting period, the highest quarterly total since record-keeping began in 2007.
