The legislative session is long over, but the heated clashes over property insurance bills that marked the session look set to return.
At its board meeting Thursday, state-backed Citizens Property Insurance Corp. will take up a proposal to raise premium rates for new policies above the 10 percent annual cap the Legislature enacted -- without legislative approval.
