Gov. Rick Scott on Monday reappointed 344 people to dozens of state boards and other positions.
Scott and other executive branch officials faced an April 23 deadline to renew more than 400 appointments who were not confirmed by the Florida Senate during the legislative session. Those who were not reappointed will have to give up their posts.
