Environmental groups expect to delay a planned lawsuit to force the removal of the Rodman Reservoir dam after the U.S. Forest Service said it will revisit the issue, an attorney for the groups said Tuesday.
Florida Defenders of the Environment and the Florida Wildlife Federation announced in February they would sue under the federal Endangered Species Act to remove the dam, built in the 1960s as part of the planned Cross Florida Barge Canal.
