GRETNA RACING HEARING...An administrative court judge will hear arguments over whether state regulators should have given Gretna Racing LLC a license that allows them to conduct pari-mutuel barrel horse racing, the first of its kind in the state. The case is scheduled for three days, if needed, beginning at 9 a.m. in the DeSoto Building at 1230 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee.
