A House bill intended to resolve a legal challenge to last year's sweeping growth management law rewrite received final approval in the Senate on Wednesday and is heading to the governor.
The 2012 legislative session has been largely quiet on growth management issues. Last year, HB 7207 eliminated most state oversight of most local land-use decisions despite opposition from environmental groups.
