Budget chairs pass on education, health care but agree to economic incentives sought by Scott

House and Senate budget committee chairs Denise Grimsley and JD Alexander reached quick agreements in several spending areas on Saturday, but they have yet to deal with the two largest pieces of the budget — education and health care — with the clock ticking on the 2012 legislative session.
