House includes top priority of potential Senate president in health agency overhaul

Declaring it a “work in progress” Rep. Matt Hudson asked members of a House health care panel on Monday to approve his proposed overhaul of the state’s largest health care agency.

But before voting for HB 1263 along partisan lines, the Health and Human Services Committee included in the Department of Health revamp a legislative proposal being pushed by Sen. Andy Gardiner.
