Redistricting review widens as justices ask for lawmakers' addresses

A divided Florida Supreme Court decided Tuesday that it needs to know where lawmakers live as it reviews a redistricting plan for the state Legislature.

The court decided 4-3 to order the groups challenging the maps to turn over the address information they used in preparing their legal arguments to help justices decide whether the redistricting plans favor or disfavor incumbents. The information will be kept private, but the court also asked the House and Senate to check the addresses for accuracy.
