Legislature considers date change of 2012 primary election

Florida lawmakers are considering whether to change the date of the August primary election again.

The Senate Rules Subcommittee on Ethics and Elections on Wednesday will take up SB 7042, which would push back the date from Aug. 14 to Aug. 21.
